Raw Maca Powder, pure powdered root of maca; Maca is a tuber that grows high in the Andes. The root is dried in the sun and then spray for human consumption.
Maca is a source of energy and vitamins incomparable tuber; highly superior to most plant known to man. Maca is not a medicine; It is a potato tuber as 100% natural; the Incas revered for centuries for its energizing effects and fertility.
Scientific Name: Lepidium meyenii
Properties: Contains proteins, fibre and carbohydrates.
Composition
No preservatives, artificial flavours or colours. It is certified organic maca (see Organic Certificate).
Instructions
Adults: Take 5-10g (1-2 tsp.) dissolved in a drink at breakfast.
Precautions: Keep container tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 30°C. Protect from light.
Contraindications: Its consumption is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. There are no reported contraindications provided it is not abused, as would happen with any other food. Maca is a staple food in Peru and no severe contraindications are known.
